It is an emulsion, based on a re- fined mineral oil. USES Sika® Separol® W-320 can be applied on sites and in precast plants. It has been specially developed for use on: Smooth non-absorbent formwork▪ Absorbent formwork▪ Heated formwork (up to +70°C)▪ Sika® Separol® W-320 is also suitable for: Textured formwork▪ CHARACTERISTICS / ADVANTAGES Sika® Separol® W-320 has the following characterist- ics: Low viscous▪ Excellent ‘sticking’ ability on vertical mould surfaces▪ Self leveling after spray application▪ Highly pore suppressing▪ No combustible vapor▪ No creation of resin▪ Reduced ‘dusty’ residues on the formwork▪ Safe for the operatives to handle▪ This provides the following advantages: Easy and precise separation of the formwork from the hardened concrete ▪ High quality surface finish▪ No reduction of the concrete quality at the surface▪ Protection of formwork from steel corrosion and early ageing ▪ APPROVALS / CERTIFICATES Sika® Separol® W-320 is tested according to Sika® in- ternal testing procedures.
